Heidi Hadley is an internationally recognized clinical somatic educator, speaker, educator, and consultant and founder of Total Somatics®. With over 25 years of experience in health, movement, neurophysiology and nervous system regulation, Heidi has helped tens of thousands of people around the world reduce pain, improve mobility, build resilience, and create lasting change.
Drawing on her background in neurophysiology, natural therapies, adult education, and clinical somatics, Heidi combines science with practical, accessible strategies that empower people to understand their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and shift long-held patterns that impact health, relationships, and performance.
